Oysters and Beer

“The Finest Oyster” will be shucking oysters fresh from the Southern Seas to present Oysters at their finest and we will be providing beers to match – including our Midnight Oil Imperial Stout and the Kaffir Lime Gose. And extra this time we are preparing some beer granita to serve on top of the oysters.
Please notify attendance by 14 July to be sure we harvest sufficient oysters. Paul will be presenting big, rich, salty Pacific oysters harvested in Tasmania and the sweet creamy Sydney Rock Oysters from Merimbula Lake NSW
