Sunshine Brewery and The Finest Oyster are again collaborating to bring you some of the best craft beers matched with the freshest finest Australian oysters.
The Finest Oyster shucker, Paul will be roving the venue shucking fresh oysters on request, and you can visit the bar to try the following beers with the two varieties of oysters offered:
Sydney Rock Oysters – first harvest summer oysters from Camden Haven NSW – sweet and creamy try with the Kaffir Lime Gose or the Vitamin C Saison
Pacific Oysters – late harvest fresh from the Tasmanian Waters of Barilla Bay – rich, full and salty try the heavy Midnight Oil Imperial Stout or the Noosa Ruby Sunset Ale, or the award winning Spartacus Belgian Tripel or the new Honey Smoked Ale
After the rapid sell-out last event, we are changing the format this time to make sure those booking oysters do not miss out. This means you can pre-order both varieties of oysters in lots of 4 or a dozen or a mix of both varieties. Prices range from $12 to $29. In this way the oysters will here when you arrive.
