Thank you everyone who shared our Christmas Party  – what a day ! So much fun but certainly busy.  Special thank you to Kristina and Andy of Silver Tongue Foods who made sure every beer was served in a cold clean glass – couldn’t have done it without you!

We have started the year pretty quietly, sheltering from the heat and brewing on cooler days
.. Thankfully Matias is back from Argentina, however, he is only here till the 27th Feb, when his visa runs out, so be sure to come and see him before he goes.

Sunday 2nd February we kick off Quizamee Trivia for 2025.  Starting at 4pm  this Trivia is full participation for the whole family, with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd and a sausage sizzle to sustain everyone.

Thursday 6th Feb is WAITANGI Day  –   CALLING All Kiwis – come and tell me your story and have a Kiwi SMaSH on me!  Kiwi SMaSH is a light crisp pale ale using Lager Light malt grown on the Canterbury Plains and Superdelic hops – a new hop out of Motueka.

Friday 7th February King of the Wings are back from Brisbane with their award-winning spicy goodness.

Yianni is having a break to take care of his health so is limiting his days for the next month. He will be here Thursday 20th February starting from 9 am with traditional Greek from Akropolis Noosa.

Valentines Day falls on Friday 14th February this year, coinciding with a visit from Sean of Heavenly Cuisine, bringing us his Korean share platters and treats from home.

Save the Date and plan your Valentines Day escape on the day or surprise your Valentine with a ticket to  a bucket of Prawns and a Jug of Beer the following day on Saturday 15 February …… starting at 1pm.

ATP Seafoods who brought us those magnificent oysters last year are bringing us half kilo buckets of Fresh, Wild-caught, Queensland King Prawns which we will match with a jug of Kelea Pale Ale – perfect to share!

Prebook your prawns  @ $21.50 a half kilo, including  condiments either at the brewery or via Humantix. Jugs of Kelea Pale Ale can be bought on the day.

Now, ATP are taking orders direct for oysters, prawns or other fresh seafood 🩞 you might like to pickup at the same time, to either enjoy at the brewery or to take home. Go direct to Sunshine Coast orders on their site and select Sunshine Brewery delivery on 15th February, then there is no minimum order quantity.

Extra on the schedule is Sunshine Toastie on Friday 21st February, for lunch and dinner.  Ash does the BEST Ruben !
