Today we host the Grand Champion Winning BBQ team – “The Bovine Technicians” with their second All Star Low & Slow BBQ School masterclass.
This class will allow you to take your Low & Slow BBQ skillset to the next level, and will cover everything from temperature control, flavour profiling & trimming selected cuts.
