Join our Grand Championship Winning BBQ team The Bovine Technicians for an in-depth and personal style of Smoking BBQ class.This class will allow you take your Low & Slow BBQ skillset to the next level. We will cover everything from temperature control, flavour profiling & trimming selected cuts.
It is an interactive hands-on class with plenty of opportunities for Q&A and a 6 course feast of award winning BBQ all cooked over charcoal & wood.
