KETTLE SOURED KAFFIR LIME GOSE

GOSE

4% ABV / 20 IBU  

We have attempted to replicate Gose by adding salt to the brewing water; souring over an extended period in the kettle with unmilled grain; adding coriander and Kaffir lime to the kettle and using a neutral yeast. The result is a beer that smells like a margarita cocktail … a little salty, definitely sour with a soft wheat malt finish. Winner of a Bronze Medal at 2019 Australian IBA Awards beer great with food

DOUBLE SUNSHINE IPA

A strong hop-forward beer with aromas of sweet grapefruit and passionfruit layered on a strong malty backbone – best enjoyed in a large goblet glass

EXTRA PALE ALE

4.3 % ABV / 26 IBU 

A Fruity XPA using Seven different hops and Lallemand’s very new yeast – Voss Kveik Ale Yeast – a very quick, clean yeast from Norway which operates best at higher temperatures and allowed us to finish this beer in ONE WEEK! The finished product is crisp and fresh.

PALE INDIA ALE

4.7 % ABV / 28 IBU

  This Version of the Pale India Ale features Mosaic as the Aroma hop.  A full bodied flavourful Ale.  It’s predecessor, Hop Therapy IV won a Bronze medal at the 2019 Qld Royal Food & Wine Beer Awards

PING BOOTS MIDDY

PALE ALE

3.5 % ABV / 15 IBU

A light hoppy pale ale to honour all women in brewing using 100% Pink Boots Blend hops. The  2020 blend includes Azacca, El Dorado, Idaho Gem and Loral.  The result is a distinct pineapple, lime, passionfruit and sweet fruit aromas and a nice breadt malt finish.  Very tasty and very sessionable!

NOOSA RUBY SUNSET ALE

RYE IPA

4.6% ABV / 67 IBU

A rich red ale with aromas of chocolate cola, rick berry and stone fruits with a dry finish. Reasonable level of bitterness

MUDJIMBA MID-ISH

AMERICAN PALE ALE

3.9% ABV / 41 IBU

Pronounced aroma of tropical fruits, pineapple and a slight pine resin, and still a very pale ale with a nice white lacey head.  Available in draught and cans

KERO-TIN GINGER

A classic old-fashioned ginger beer made from a very old recipe from Craig’s Mum – dating back to the depression when it was made in a kerosene tin. This is brewed with locally grown and sourced ginger

KELEA PALE ALE

AUSTRALIAN PALE ALE 

4.8% ABV / 30 IBU

Named after the beautiful woman of Hawaiian history, who kicked arse as a surf-rider. Kelea is said to have beaten the chiefs with her grace, daring and skill on a surf board. This Australian-Style Pale Ale aims to do the same.
This liquid gold pale ale features gooseberry and citrus notes on a soft sweet malt finish. At 4.8%, it is an easy drinking Pale Ale with enough hops to give the beer character and malt to balance it perfectly.
