KETTLE-SOURED GOSÉ

4.2% ABV /10 IBU

Taking the base recipe for our ever popular Kaffir Lime Gosé, we have used local spray-free Kaffir Limes with the zest added at whirlpool. Then we have added 30kg of local pineapple juice late in the ferment.  The result is a golden ale with a white fluffy head, definitely salty and just a hint of sour lime on the first palate but a soft interesting finish.

FRENCH FARMHOUSE ALE

5.2% ABV /24 IBU

Saluting its origins as a French Farmhouse Ale, this beer echibits classic European characters, a large white foamy head and excellent flavour, accentuating the spray-free orange peel used in the brew.

SINGLE MALT & SINGLE HOP AE

4.8% ABV / 16BU

Developed to showcase a very new hop – “Superdelic”.  This beer features Lager Light Malt from the Canturbury Plains of New Zealand and the new Kiwi hop – Superdelic. It is very light in colour and exhibits aromas of candy and some say bubblegum from the hops.  The first batch sold out within a month and the second batch has just been tapped

PILSNER

4.8% ABV / 20ibu

A small batch featuring 100% Pacifica hops from New Zealand and brewed with Lallemand’s new lager yeast – Novalager. The result is a light lemon aspen character with enough bitterness to make it sessionable

JUICY PALE ALE

4.5% ABV / 20 IBU

Originally brewed on our new pilot kit as a limited release brew – it has now become one of our core range. Featuring Eclipse, El Dorado and Mosaic hops finished on Voss Kveik yeast to give a delicious juicy throwback.

SUMMER ALE

4% ABV /25 IBU

An easy-drinking lager-like Summer Ale featuring Enigma Hops from Tasmania

CORNISH IPA

5.5% ABV/50 IBU. 

A golden drop loaded with earthy, herbal aromas, subtle bitterness and a dry finish

ENGLISH BITTER

5.3% ABV /30 IBU

This amber drop reflects notes of chocolate and caramel to soften the bitterness and higher carbonation  to give a good creamy mouthfeel.   Very sessionable!

IMPERIAL STOUT

 8.6% ABV / 32 IBU

Inspired by a brew brought in by local home brewer, Wayne Gilmour, we got Wayne and mate, Phil in for a brew day. It meant milling a big grain bill with some super specialty malts. From brew we split the wort across two ferment vessels – one with added lactose and custrad pie flavouring (desert in a glass) and the other we let the malts shine through. the result is two very different beers – one perfect for desert and the other perfect with fresh natural oysters.

RED INDIA PALE ALE

6.4% ABV/60 IBU. 

A take on Blue Sky IPA switching up the hops and the yeast
