The Cotton Tree Meats boys are mixing it up again – this time with a Hot & Fast Live Fire Cooking class. That is a 2.5 hour Hot & Fast BBQ Class covering 5 techniques hot & fast, rotisserie, reverse sear, indirect & direct cooking plus an epic BBQ feast. Get tickets quickly
Introducing a new-style of 2.5 hour Hot & Fast BBQ Class designed for those that have less time but still want maximum flavour, with nothing that takes longer than 3 hours start to finish and all cooked over live fire. We will cover the 5 main techniques of Hot & Fast BBQ including nailing the crunchiest of crackling.
This class will allow you take your Hot & Fast BBQ skillset to the next level. We will cover everything from temperature control, flavour profiling to trimming selected cuts.
