Kaysers Smoke Train will be pulling into the Brewery for lunch and dinner today.

Kay specialises in meals (meat and vegetarian) slow cooked to perfection and he has been getting rave reviews!  Kay is an accomplished chef and pastry cook – doing his time in his homeland of Germany, before moving to Switzerland and then starting his OE travels in Australia – needless to say he never made it any further.  Kaysers Smoke Train is taking off with huge momentum, so be sure to check it out.
