The team will be serving from the smokers from 4pm onwards – Check out this great value menu:

Sliders – Pulled beef or pork, red cabbage slaw, cheese and pickle served on mini bread rolls. (2 for $15),  Smoked Jalapeno Sausages – Smoked beef, jalapeno and cheese sausages served on a hotdog roll with caramelised onions. ($10); Smoked Pork Ribs – Half a rack of pork ribs served with a side of slaw. ($17); Hand made Smoked Jalapeno Poppers – Jalapenos, filled with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, seasoned and smoked. Served with a drizzle of our signature pineapple bbq sauce. (2 for $9), Smoked Corn on the Cob – Smoked corn sprinkled with seasoning and served with butter. ($4)
